2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.
3. Product Information & Ordering
Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, GI scores, and nutritional information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.
Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
Payment: All payments are processed via UPI. You agree to pay for all orders placed using your account.
4. Delivery & Fulfillment
Service Area: We currently deliver only to select pincodes in Bangalore. Delivery availability is subject to your pincode.
Delivery Time: We aim for same-day delivery within 4-6 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Warehouse Partners: Orders are fulfilled by our authorized warehouse vendors/distributors. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors.
Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return Policy: We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned once opened or consumed.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

6. User Accounts
